BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL LESSONS

At Six1Five, there are many ways to be involved with our baseball and softball programs. We offer memberships and lessons to help you improve your skills.  Our instructors work with players from age 6 through college. Our instructors work to find out where a player is currently and build from there. We don’t break athletes down and try to make a cookie-cutter hitter or pitcher. Everyone is different and should be treated that way.  If a kid is willing to work and put in the effort, we can make him a better ball player. All lessons are 45 minutes and are one-on-one. Since opening in 2014 Six1Five has established ourselves as the premier sports training facility in Middle TN, because of this through the years we have met and remained in contact with elite athletes across many different sports and positions.
